Your task today is to reply with a question you have or a common belief that you think you need to question.
For example, I hate weighing myself daily as it makes me feel rubbish about myself but I know it's important. Why is it important and how can I do it without it affecting my mood?

Answer:
Weighing daily can be very important to see progress but it’s important not to attach too much emotion to the daily change.
It is the average over the course of a week that is going to give you a true reflection of your actual bodyweight and then being smart and confident enough to stay zoomed out when tracking your weight to see a good change (Usually 5-10% drop) over 8-12 weeks that will then show you an increased level of leanness and muscle tone.
