Typical programme include 3-4 sessions a week. To see good progress ideally at least 2 sessions should be completed each week.

You don't have to but it is highly recommended to ensure your form is good, track your progress and enable you to start coaching yourself alongside expert help to progress.

Chat GPT is only as good as the information and questions you provide it, so if you aren't an expert coach then it likely won't give you what you need back. And even then the programmes and advice it gives are not to the standard that gets the most out of your training. Trust me, I've tried it. Chat GPT also does not keep you accountable, have a human side to a coaching relationship or can actually analyse form and provide the cues you need to progress. And training with people is fun! It's nice to show your progress to a coach and community who care about your progress.

Drawing from my years as a world-class athlete and the privilege of training under some of the best coaches globally, I've witnessed firsthand both exceptional coaching and the often subpar results delivered by many personal trainers and general gym go-ers attempts at doing it themselves.


This experience inspired me to become a coach who bridges this gap by implementing a world-class approach in an accessible way. I specialise in guiding gym beginners and intermediates to get even better results from the gym. My method not only focuses on making you fitter, healthier, and more athletic but also builds an enjoyable training process that empowers you to become the person you want to be.
