Before Clare started training with me she struggled with:
Body image being very up and down
Low Confidence
Joined the gym used the tredmill for a year trying to lose weight and tone up (didn't work)
Joined strength classes for a year (inconsistent)
Thought you were doing all the right things
Felt frustrated
Over the past 9 months we have worked through 4 main phases of training in which we have managed to Lose 1 stone, set new bests in her 5km and 10km running, at least double the weight of her strength exercises like squats and deadlifts whilst staying injury free, enjoying training and fitting in with her lifestyle. A fantastic achievement. Clare is now continuing to improve on both her fitness, physique and strength through her next phase of training.
