Rich
How Rich became his strongest self whilst future proofing his ability to lead an active and adventurous lifestyle and live the life he is happiest in.
Before Rich started training with me he struggled with:
-How to use free weights properly by himself
-Seeing his friends become more frail and out of shape and wanted to be able to maintain his active and fun lifestyle for decades to come and not see a trickle down in quality of life.
-Wasn't confident in being able to stay injury free
-Had tried other PTs but not got very good results
Over the past 18 months Rich has completely committed to following my programme and is now:
-The strongest he’s ever been in his life
-The most muscular he’s ever been
-Has the confidence to tackle sports like tough mudders, sky diving and mountain biking without fearing his body is holding him back
-Is the most confident and happy he’s been with his body.
-Can walk into any gym and feel confident to complete a well structured session by himself and with friends.
As part of the training process from his initial testing Rich has improved on the following:
-Squat: 40kg to 135kg
-Bench press: 52.5kg to 97.5kg
-Deadlift: 70kg to 170kg.
All without a single injury and maintaining a fantastic work/life/training balance.
Clare
How Clare became the happiest and most confident in her self and body in her 50s..
Before training with me Clare had tried:
-Using the treadmill for a year with no results
-Tried generic fitness classes with no improvement
-Every fad diet
-Thought personal training/coaching was for rich people with too much time on her hands
-Thought looking and being fit and strong just wasn't meant to be for her
Now after following multiple phases of programming and trusting a process that is made for her, she has achieved:
-A complete body recomposition, lost 10kg and feels the best she's ever felt in her clothes.
-Feels comfortable and confident in the gym doing challenging exercises to a high standard that used to intimidate her like press ups, squats and deadlifts.
-Completed her first half marathon
-Loves her new lifestyle Is the most confident and happy he’s been with his body.
As part of the training process from his initial testing Clare has improved on the following:
-Squat: 10kg to 60kg
-Full press ups: 0 to 14
-Deadlift: 50kg to 80kg.
-Chin ups:0 (in her life) to 1!
All without a single injury and maintaining a fantastic work/life/training balance.
Angela
How Angela was able to be in the top 1% of women her age for strength and muscle tone having never touched a weight before training with me.
Before Angela started training with me she:
-Knew she needed to get stronger and more mobile but had no idea where to start.
-Was worried about starting the gym on her own.
Since following my programmes and coaching:
-Looks very athletic and is the strongest she's been in her life

Jess
