Your task for today is to watch the attached video and check out the base session below (You can also find in your email).


Ideally within the next few days give some of the exercises in the base session a go in your next gym session and get some video of yourself giving them a go.


If you don’t go to the gym currently then give the squats and press ups a go at home and sign up to a gym!!
