Day 3:

Welcome to Day 3!


Your task today is to upload some video of yourself doing some of the exercises from the base session.


Don’t be afraid of feeling self conscious, everyone has a start point and the people that dive in and start taking action from the feedback I give make massive progress long term as this sets them up for success.


This will also allow me to give you some feedback to ensure:


You’re getting the most you can out of the exercise


You’re doing it in a way that is allowing for good progression and not always doing grindy reps which will cause you to eventually plateau.


Minimising the risk of injury


Give you a starting point to work off

and see improvements in your technique/weight as you start to progress this exercise forward.


I’ll be going through your videos both as we go in message and on a live coaching call on Thursday at 12:00pm.
