Welcome to Day 10!
Your task today is to message me some strategies that help keep you motivated and times where you struggle to stay motivated.
E.g To improve motivation:
Using caffeine, thinking about what could happen if you don’t train, watching a motivational video, using a training partner.
And I struggle to motivate myself enough to wake early and train when I know that’s time I could better utilise.
