Training shouldn't be a chore. It should be something you look forward to doing that empowers you and something you see great results from. By selecting the right exercise and start point for you to progress from this makes training so much more enjoyable as you can then see consistent progress right from the get go.


Structured programmes cuts straight through the exercise list overwhelm and not knowing how many reps sets or what weight to start with. Resulting in efficient , safe and effective sessions to getting stronger and more confident in the gym.

My strength and fitness have improved hugely, but equally importantly so have my confidence, motivation and commitment. Other PTs in the past have seemed content to have their clients plateau out, keep repeating the same exercises, and lack a proper sense of a goal to reach and targets to meet along the way.


With a background in elite sport, Callum is the opposite of this - sessions are well thought out, with a systematic programme behind them, focused on incremental improvement and development. After a little over three months (perhaps 30 sessions) I look and feel very different - and it feels like there is much further to go.


I have also been struck that old injuries that dogged my progress in the past have not come back - unlike with other PTs in the past who basically seemed interested only in banging out heavier and heavier weights as quickly as possible.


Also, Callum's a great person who's fun and easy to be around - he's kind and thoughtful and genuinely committed to his clients. I can't recommend enough.
