The test re test method
By testing appropriate exercises it gives you an honest reflection of your fitness level and enables the programme to work its magic and set challenging yet achiveable sessions to start getting you fitter and stronger. At the end of each programme there is a re test so you can see how much you've improved and keep the motivation to progress further in the next training phase.
